I have been asked what my goal is for this data base. Here is my reply:
"Goal? as in a secret purpose?
The goal is to get every Rottweiler possible listed, especially breeding dogs so that people can research dogs and see what is produced by certain lines or combinations, make good breeding choices and good buying choices

I have tried for a couple years to get ARC to fund this project, made the most progress this month in that they will promote it and publish the updates but not fund at this time.

The top goal would be to have a database similar to the Berner garde which contains very nearly every breedable Berner and many pets in the world. Other breeds like the White German Shepherd and Poodle also have similar database projects"
