Bea Rally Excellent

Diane has been involved with Rottweilers since 1985 (breeding them since 1991) and
Shiba Inu from 1995 - 2008. She has shown in conformation on and off since the late 1980's with both Shiba Inu and Rottweilers and then in 2003  finally had time to venture into the competition obedience world. The dog she did this with was Bea.( U-CD B Mine vd Frolikind zu Frontier CD, RE, TD, CGC, TT)

In about 2 years Diane and Bea obtained the titles of AKC CD, CGC, TD, RN, RA, RE,
USTTA TT, UKC CD and 4 RAE legs including a 1st place from a class of 50 Advanced
dogs and a 2nd from a class of 41 Excellent dogs. Bea earned a ranking of 16th in Rally
Excellent from the ARC in 2005 (3 trials only!), a ranking of 11th in Rally Advanced from
the ARC in 2006 and an ARC Top 10 medallion and certificate for her rank of 5th in Rally
Excellent for the same year (4 trials only!).

At the time of her unexpected death from bone cancer
(2/20/08), Bea was ready for her TDX
test and Wildlife Recovery Dog (wounded game recovery) licensing.

Annie Rally Novice
Bea's daughter, Annie (Frontier Komotion RE, CGC) earned her AKC RN in 3 straight trials at the age of 9 months old in 2006.

After 4 years away from trials Annie came back out and earned her Rally Advanced title all 3 legs in the 90's and all 3 legs with placements. A few months later she earned her Rally Excellent title all 3 legs with placements.

Another few years of staying home and Annie came back out and earned her CDSP CD-C in 3 trials and 1 CDSP CDX-C leg before her tragic death at 9 1/2 years old from GI Lymphoma

Annie was also a working Wildlife Recovery/ blood tracking Dog

A quote from Deborah Jones - K9 In FOCUS that describes our training Philosophy perfectly is:

"I want a dog that is excited and enthusiastic about working with me. If I have to choose, I'll happily take attitude over accuracy. I'd like both of course, but will err on the side of attitude always."
